FAQs

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

1. What’s included in a Little Foot Plans purchase?
Each plan includes a floor plan, elevation plan, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical layouts, roof and foundation plans (slab or block), general construction notes, and 3D renderings.

2. What’s the difference between a General Plan and an Architect-Stamped Plan?
Our General Plans are complete and ready for your builder’s use or to share with your local engineer.
Our Architect-Stamped Plans include a licensed professional’s seal (available in select states) for building permit submission.

3. Do your plans meet local building codes?
All plans are designed to comply with standard national building codes, but local codes vary. You must verify and adapt plans to meet your jurisdiction’s building requirements before construction.

4. Can I get a plan modified?
Yes! Our team can make custom modifications to fit your specific lot size, material preferences, or local regulations. Contact us for a custom quote.

5. Can I reuse a plan for multiple builds?
No. All plans are licensed for single-use only, unless written permission for additional use is granted by Little Foot Plans.

6. Are plans refundable?
Because our plans are digital intellectual property, all sales are final once delivered.

7. How do I get my plans after purchase?
Plans are delivered electronically in PDF & CAD format within 1–2 business days after payment.

8. Are your plans copyrighted?
Yes. All Little Foot Plans are protected under U.S. Copyright Law. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution is prohibited.
